I'm Francis AKA Franchise -- Francis' name sake and best man. First, I would like to say a big congratulations to Lisa and Francis on their God-blessed and ordained union. There's a lot to say, but will try to keep it short and simple. I've known Francis since college. When I say Francis is one of the most good, kind-hearted people with an awesome personality who I know, I mean it without holding back words. He carries himself well, he cares about his friend, and never speaks bad about anyone, but instead he avoids that conversation. He's one of my go-to people if I need clarity on anything or situation; I know he will give me the best advise possible. Francis cares for his friends, loves his family and especially Lisa, the love if his life and our new first lady. Lisa is a love, caring woman from a loving and Godly home. When I say I know someone with a nice and great personality, Lisa's name comes to mind. She has such respect for his friends and knows how to carry herself like a true lady in public. When the Bible was talking about Proverbs 18:22, Lisa's name was written in stone. Francis you have you have found and obtained favor from God and may God bless your union and be with you guys on this journey called marriage because it's a university you cannot graduate from. It will be great honor to stand by your side on that day and celebrate your union with you and first lady Lisa!!!!!

I met Delisa and Francis while working at ConocoPhillips. Initially, they kept their relationship extremely private - non of us had a clue that they were dating. Until one night, I ran into them at Belvedere having a great time and it was very clear that they were best friends. Since then, I’ve gotten to know Delisa and Francis as individuals and as couple and I can truly say that you were met for each other. I hope through the years you become even better friends and share every possible kind of happiness life can bring. Delisa and I met during our time at Rice University. We were both active National Society of Black Engineer (NSBE) members. Senior year, Delisa was the Vice-President on my ticket for NSBE Chapter President! We won the officer positions, and let's just say the chapter was LIT (read: amazing) that year! Ha! Since Rice, our friendship has been unbreakable! When I first learned that Francis was interested in Delisa, I thought "Who is this man who tricked my friend into traveling to Jamaica with him!?" I was not happy with this story. Haha! Since getting know Francis, I now think he is perfect for Delisa! I'm so excited and honored to stand by Delisa's side as she becomes our iyawo! xoxo

Am very proud and honored to be part of this amazing journey that we are celebrating and will forever celebrate. My strong and growing friendship with Francis for the past 9years of knowing him has always brought laugher, smiles and joy. Francis as a man I knew right from college is someone that never gives up. Someone that is very ambitious, very determined and always meets expectations.
Our journey from 2009 during the college days are memories of how we hung out, how we traveled, how we speak of our future and how we planned for our future to be.
Now, I have seen that Francis has finally seen his future. He has finally seen the angel of his dreams. He has finally found a woman to share his dreams with, a woman he has faith in and that woman is Delisa Somoye and soon to be Delisa Ujeyah
I have known Delisa for close to 5 years now. She has a wonderful heart and a great spirit. She has always lifted Francis up each time he fell and she has proven to be the concrete platform to build a solid home upon. She is blessed and am very glad that the apple fell into his hands and he ate the apple and now that lovely apple will keep growing in him forever and ever…

I'd like say a big and heartfelt congratulations to Francis and Lisa on their blessed union. I truly believe you two have found a good thing in one another.
Francis and I have been friends for over seven years and it's not a stretch to say he's one of a kind. We met for the first time on a regular night partying in Downtown Houston through mutual friends and I'll never forget when he pulled up in the infamous Jag with license plates "Fizzy 1". 😂😂😂. Enough said. I can say a lot about that night but the one thing I'm certain of is that his laid back and always positive nature shone through and ultimately guaranteed we'd be good friends. Francis is caring, easy going and always considers others.
He cares about his friends and is undoubtedly in love with Lisa. I know Francis and Lisa are in this for the long haul and that truly makes me very happy. Francis & Lisa I am so proud of you two and my prayer now and always is that may your best moment together thus far be your worst moment going forward in Jesus name. Amen. Love you guys!
