Delisa and Francis "first met" on June 24, 2013, Delisa's first day of work at ConocoPhillips. Francis was assigned to be Delisa's buddy--or non-technical mentor. However, once Francis laid his eyes on Delisa, he just knew she was the one and soon developed a hidden agenda..... The initial company-sponsored outings (dates in Francis' mind) fostered a friendship between them. They worked very closely together on the STX Engineering Team. Being able to relate personally and professionally strengthened the friendship between them.
